Located at the Chandler Road entrance to Georgia Southern University, the 12,000 square foot shopping center consists of tenant spaces ranging from 1,200 square feet to 2,400 square feet. Each space received an uplift consisting of HVAC, electrical, ADA accessible restrooms, acoustical ceilings and prime painted walls.
